Brief Explanation I was next door working on a job and noticed that the neighbors roof was dirt. So I went over and knocked on his door and asked him if he was interested in getting any pressure washing done. He replied that he had actually been meaning to get it done and wanted me to give him an estimate that worked in his price range. I talked about what all we could do for not just his roof but walkways as well and he was happy with the price for the full package. He was also very urgent on doing it as soon as possible as he had other priorities not in the area that he would have to be taking care of. I made sure we got him in the very next day and finished the following weekend as i some things to take care of to take care of his needs.

The customer was very happy. He uses this home a seasonal home and when he isn't there he used te home as a rental. As a rental, he needed it to be in the best condition possible. I was happy to give him the full treatment with pressure washing the side walkways and the front rocks surrounding the plants and trees.

Now he feels secure that his home looks top notch when he is renting it out and he can take pride in his home when he is there seasonally. He was very grateful that I came over to inquire if he needed any services. I wasn't pushy or rude, I politely asked him if he would be interested in getting anything done and let him lead the conversation so that I wouldn't come across as pushy or like a salesman. I take pride in helping people and getting the job done right. I also want my customers to feel comfortable and ask me back again when they need more work done.
