Brief Explanation Another business manager of a nearby establishment referred me to this customer. I was pleased to have earned the first manager's trust and loyalty enough to have him refer me to others.
This commercial job required cleaning up the poor work of a previous pressure washer. Previously, the restaurant establishment had been receiving bi-monthly services. When the manager realized that the establishment was not a clean as it could be, he gave me a call. It was shocking to me to see that there was high evidence of foot traffic and grime that had accumulated. At the same time, I was pleased to be given the opportunity to showcase my professional talents.

The priority of this job was to make sure that the establishment has the fantastic curb appeal that it deserves. I've eaten at this restaurant before servicing them and the food is great. The patio and concrete pavers are subject to high foot traffic. It was reported to me that we needed to make sure to reduce the risk of patrons or employees slipping and falling. Appropriate cleaning helps mitigate those risks.
I think that the pictures really do a good job at presenting how much improvement we saw with the first service. The manager of the facility was very pleased with the outcome. I was awarded the bi-monthly contract to continue to repeat service this establishment.
